1 Acceptance of Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and mbislot ("Platform", "We"). By registering, logging in, or using any services provided by mbislot, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use mbislot services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. mbislot strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Is an individual who acting on their own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not included on the list of individuals who have self-excluded voluntarily or compelled from any gambling platform.
• Not using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal activity others.
• Not located in a region where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

3 Registration & Account Management

The mbislot registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Information required during registration includes your full name, date of birth, active phone number, and a valid email address.

• One account only — each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Accurate information — all registration information must be accurate and current. False information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Password confidentiality — you are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share account access with anyone.
• Update information — any changes to personal information (phone number, email address) must be updated in your account immediately.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Mbislot accepts a wide range of payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposits are processed upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

• The payment method used for deposit must be in the same name matching the mbislot account holder's name.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 (for eWallet) and RM 20 (for FPX), subject to the respective limits of each method.
• mbislot does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any bank charges or network fees are the responsibility of the user.
• Deposits from unrecognized sources or third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Before your first withdrawal is processed, full KYC verification is required — this includes identity verification (MyKad or passport) and payment method verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on VIP tier you — from within a few hours for regular members to instantly for Diamond members.
• mbislot reserves the right to requesting additional supporting documents for withdrawals of large amounts.
• Any active bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are met or the bonus is cancelled.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Mbislot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members — including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and special rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made.

• Each bonus has rollover requirement (x times) that must be met before a withdrawal is allowed. This requirement is clearly stated on the promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once only per offer unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts is prohibited.
• mbislot reserves the right to cancelling a bonus if abuse or any attempt to exploit a promotion is detected.
• VIP cashback bonuses are credited every Monday based on the previous week's net losses and has no rollover requirement.
• Promotions are subject to expiry date. Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically.

7 Games & Wagering

All games available at mbislot use a Random Number Generator (RNG) engine that has been audited and certified by independent internationally accredited bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including mbislot itself.

• Wins generated from games that experience technical disruption (disconnection, error server) will be verified before being credited.
• mbislot reserves the right to cancelling a wager placed during a technical disruption that affects the integrity of the game.
• In Live Casino, results dealer decisions are final unless a technical error can be proven through video recording.
• Players are fully responsible for understanding the game rules before playing. Betting errors will not be refunded on the grounds of not understanding the rules.

8 Player Conduct & Prohibitions

Mbislot expects all members to act responsibly and to respect the platform and other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without notice:

• Usage automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets on your behalf.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or game manipulation in any game mode.
• Attempts to exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Usage VPN or proxy to hide your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Any attempt money laundering through the platform, including repeated deposits and withdrawals without meaningful gameplay activity.

9 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and mbislot. Our platform implements 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layered protection to safeguard your information, but you are also required to take the following steps:

• Use a strong and unique password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password from other accounts.
• Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional security layer on your account.
• Do not log in using public WiFi or shared computers. Always log out after you are done using the platform.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to the mbislot support team immediately.

Mbislot will not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's own negligence in securing their account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Mbislot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time for reasons including — but not limited to — terms violations, fraud, illegal activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

• When an account is suspended due to fraud or breach of terms, all account balances may be forfeited and bonuses are forfeited.
• Accounts terminated at the player's own request (self-exclusion) will take 72 working hours to be fully processed.
• Players whose accounts have been terminated prohibited from re-registering using different information.

11 Responsible Gambling

Mbislot is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players better manage their gambling activity. These tools can be accessed directly from your account settings.
